Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buzz is a little older then a year old. He was named after the character in the toy story, He and his family were rescued from a horrible situation. Until this point, they had very little interaction with humans. They are scared, but not aggressive at all. Buzz has been shown much love the past couple of months, by his foster family and he has come out of his shell a lot. He LOVES children and other friendly dogs. He seems to be much better with his foster mom then he is with his foster dad. His original owner was a man and they may be why he is better with the female in the house. He has come a very long way in a short time, and it is exciting to watch him improve everyday. He has started to enjoy human companionship. unfortunately, just when we thought we had his medical issues taken care of, he started coughing. We did a chest X-ray and ran a blood test and it shows that a Buzz is just barely positive for Valley Fever. He will have to take flucozonol for about 4-6 months his vet estimates. He has already stopped coughing and it has only been about a month since he was put on medication. So if you have a dog, and children or even a cat then Buzz may be the little man you are looking for!!
Buzz currently lives with a cat too and does fine with him. Buzz is potty trained and uses a doggie door. . He is learning to walk well on a leash and is learning basic commands. He loves to chase a ball in the yard with the dogs in his foster Home. He loves to snuggle on the couch with his foster mom and brother and follows them from room to room. Buzz only weighs about 45-50 pounds. For his height and length, we believe that 60 pounds would be a healthy weight for him. Buzz was malnourished when we rescued him. We believe this is the primary reason why he is so small. Please fill out our questionnaire under the forms tab on www.rottenrottie.com if you are interested in adopting Buzz.
