My name is Teddy … well that is my name now, for a while there when I was rounded up and held in quarantine I was known as #errant29 and before that … well before that no one even knew I existed at all. See I am a Nordic reservation stray dog – a lot of people want skip right to the next dog when they read that but for the rest of you who are sticking around to hear more about me thank you so much.
Just because I lived on the streets does not mean I am some wild dog, if fact I am quite the opposite. I am super uber duper friendly guy and just love life!!
I am a solid 50lbs now and could probably gain another 5 pounds as I am a little on the skinny side but in absolute perfect health! My foster mummy is feeding me high quality food and after my first night’s bath I feel like a whole brand new doggie!!! Who knew a doggie could smell this good!??! I sure as heck never did!!
I live in foster care with dogs (one is a little older and grumpy) and cats! In fact I am also in the same home as Cashew, another CAA Rescue doggie, and we are all doing just fine together. I am very respectful of everyone in the home.
I am clean in the home and confident enough that I get along with all. I am playful and do like my bones and toys so my forever family better get shopping now for my holiday stocking stuffers because my “Chew Toy Want List” is long! I never knew these wonderful little things existed and now that I have discovered them I so totally addicted and cannot get enough and I should have my very own basket filled with all the toys and bones I could ever possibly imagine or want! Anyway that is what I heard my foster mummy whispering this morning… honest!! it all came from her and not ME!!! But I would have to agree with her that I truly do deserve to be spoiled … there was a reason why my foster family called me Teddy! I am a cuddlebum teddy bear looking for a devoted family that I can smoother with all my love and kisses for bones and toys in return!
I adapt super easy to new situations and people and places! Have a chalet you are driving to every weekend?? I am your man I do real well in the car
I have not been tested with any young children as of yet so for now due to my size and goofy nature we are asking for a home with children above the age of 12 years old

You have no idea what I went through to manage to survive this long on the harsh, lonely and cold streets and you have no idea of all the things I will do to make sure you are so happy so that I never ever end up there again!
