Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Izumi is a 12 week old Shih-Tzu/Chihuahua mix puppy.

Izumi is current on all vaccinations, has been wormed, is on flea and heartworm preventative and will come with a certificate for a free spay, rabies vaccine and microchip from our vet. AND 30 days of Pet Health insurance for FREE!!!!!
