Spencer is Adopted
Spencer is a 1 yr old male cocker spaniel, coming to our rescue from a shelter in CA with his brother Tyler. They are a bonded pair and will not be separated, only applicants willing to adopt them both will be considered.
Spencer is a very sweet and handsome 1 yr old cocker spaniel that is coming to our rescue here in Ohio some time this month, (around the 15th) of November. They both were in a CA shelter, and were found as strays, so we do not have any history on them. They are very much bonded to each other and need to stay together. Both are said to be very friendly, playful, and good with other dogs. We will update this bio once we learn more about them.
Spencer needed surgery for an ectopic ureter that he was most likely born with. His kidney on that side was so enlarged and damaged, that it needed to be removed. His left kidney is normal and functioning well. He is expected to make a complete recovery, and can live a normal life with only his one kidney, just as humans are able to.
Both are completely vetted, neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.
