County's Story...
Well hello! I bet you know a good looking black male cat. when you see one? They named me County because of the street I was found on. I was out in the cold, very hungry and in need of some TLC. I was frightened of everything, and afraid to be touched, but now I'm loving all the attention! I lived outside for quite a while, and tested positive for FIV, but I am very lucky to be here where it's warm. I'm thankful to be safe and well fed. Now, My next goal is to find my special person. I know there is someone out there looking for an appreciative cat just like me. To adopt from Angelcat Haven, we require an approved application. Please visit www.angelcathaven.com to find the adoption application. Applications can be FAXed to 508-643-1999 or emailed to cats@angelcathave.com or kittens@angelcathaven.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

County, a Plainville Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Plainville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Plainville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainville paves the way for another one to be saved.
