Prince's Story...
Prince is a gorgeous, 4 1/2 month-old, brindle German Shepherd puppy who is happy, sweet, and full of love. He currently weighs 36 pounds and with those big floppy paws, he will probably grow to be a big boy (maybe 60-65 pounds).
He loves people and other dogs, is very affectionate, and loves to play with toys. He also thinks he's a lap dog and loves to cuddle on the couch. Being just a baby, he will need training, lots of excercise and attention, but he is so worth it! His fosters are crate-training him and he's a very smart boy. He has a fantastic temperament and will be a terrific family dog.

Prince is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested. Adoption fee is $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prince, a Brooklyn German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
