Chester's Story...
Hi my name is Chester. I am a 10 year old male terrier mix. I was found on the street with nine other dogs. We all had eye and ear infections. We had five different types of bacterial infections on our skin. My hair may never grow back on areas but I am very loving and sweet. With the missing hair I kind of look like a Chinese crested. I may look funny but I am a total love bug. I am also a lap dog. And because of my small size I would be good in any house or apartment. I am great in the house. I am a laid back boy; I won't destroy your house. Won't you open your heart and home to me?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chester, a Palmetto Bay Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Palmetto Bay, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Palmetto Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palmetto Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palmetto Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palmetto Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
