Clinginess factor?
Can spend time by themselves
Would do fine alone or needs 4 legged friends?
Either way
Ideal home for this animal in your opinion & why?
She needs a home where they won't mind her sleeping in bed with them. She will just cry at the door otherwise. She does great with other cats and has no problems being carried around by small children. She does take a few days to warm up to strangers though so they need to be very patient with her.
Any special abilities, tricks, quirks or personality traits, behaviors an adopter should know about or you would like to share?
She nurses on fleece blankets. Any fleece will do but she prefers it most of you are snuggled up with it while she does it.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie, a sugar land Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in sugar land, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in sugar land.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in sugar land already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a sugar land breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in sugar land paves the way for another one to be saved.
