Lily's adoption fee is $350.

Hi there! My name is Lily, and I’m about 5 years old. I’m a Bichon Frise mix and I weigh about 13 pounds. I’m spayed, up to date on vaccines and I have been micro chipped. The vet tells me that I have a heart murmur and an irregular heartbeat, but I sure don’t let it slow me down! My favorite things to do are to get lots of belly rubs and cuddles, and I enjoy my walk time too. I also love to play "chase me" - my mom says I'm a lovable little tease!

My foster mom feels that I didn’t get out very much in my previous home, as I am quite nervous in new situations, and when I’m nervous I bark to let her know. For this reason, I’d be best suited to a single home where barking isn’t a concern. Once I’m comfortable I’m fine, and my foster mom is working with me to help me know that it isn’t necessary to bark whenever something new happens. We’re also working on my house training – I’m doing much better and have learned to come and look at my foster mom when I need to go out. I do need to get outside often, though I will use pee pads if you go out.

My foster mom says that I’m a really smart cookie – I learn quickly and really want to please. I’m okay with other dogs, but like to be the top dog and would be very happy as an only dog – more attention for me! My ideal home would be a quiet one where my owner is home most of the time. I am really hoping to soon find my loving forever home – I have a whole lot of love to share. Could it be with you?
