Meet Athena! This sweet young girl came from a hoarding situation.
Cats from those kind of situations have spent a lot of time with other cats and not a lot of time with humans. They can be shy and fearful at first but with time and love they will be just fine. Athena is already beginning to come out of her shell sometimes purring and seeking affection. It is amazing to see this pretty sweet girl warming up to us as she was so disconnected when she first arrived.
