This dog is being fostered in Dallas, Texas and must be adopted within the Dallas, North Central Texas or Oklahoma City area.
NAME: Daphne and Petunia
GENDER: Both are Female (Spayed)
AGE: About 1 year (as of Oct 2015)
WEIGHT: About 7 pounds each
DOGS/CATS: Great with other small dogs, Unsure on cats

Introducing two dynamic sisters: Daphne and Petunia. These two Chihuahua puppies are super adorable and we know you are going to love them. They are from the same litter and very bonded. We would like to find both of them a home together so they can grow up in the same forever home!
In late October, CRT received a call that a local lady had passed away and left several Chihuahua puppies behind. We were asked if we would be willing to bring the puppies into our program, get them vetted, and find forever homes for them. How could we say no to puppies who needed our help? Daphne and Petunia are two of these puppies, from the same litter.
Both of these girls are super playful. They love to play with each other. They will go outside and run like the wind, racing each other back and forth across the yard. If they were humans, they would be track stars - LOL. The also like to roll and tumble on the floor. Both enjoy toys and they like to chew on nylabones. They have super personalities and every moment with them brings unbridled joy!
Daphne is a little shy when she first meets you, but warms up very quickly. She definitely loves her people. Her favorite thing in the world is to cuddle with you and give you kisses. Her kisses are unlimited. So if you have had a bad day, it's Daphne to the rescue! You'll be feeling happy and loved in no time at all!
Petunia is very outgoing and loves everyone and every thing. She loves to play with her foster siblings and loves to play with her toys. She has a lot of puppy energy and is super excited about exploring her world! She often takes the lead in encouraging Daphne to play with her!
Both of these girls have a beautiful golden color with a white tummy. They almost look like twins. Petunia has white front paws that go up on her legs (almost like she is wearing white socks!) and this is how their foster Mom tells them apart!
Both girls have grown to about 7 pounds, and we believe they are about full grown at this stage. They are going to be great for an active family. They are a great size, they love to play and have fun, they are super friendly, and they rarely bark.
Both little girls are very smart. They have fit well into their foster home. They are almost completely potty trained, are learning to use pee pee pads, and have learned to use a doggie door. They are also crate trained, and give you no problem when it is bed time! They will either sleep together in one big crate, or will sleep separately. And if you want them to sleep in bed with you - they will be thrilled (they take naps with their foster Mommy and love the bed!). Both are quiet little girls. Although they love to play, they rarely bark.
Daphne and Petunia are sweet little girls with much life and love. They love their humans, and loves other dogs. They are ready for a forever home to grow up in. We are hoping to find a perfect family for them soon. If you are looking for love in your home, won't you consider these two little girls? We promise they will melt your heart. They are very bonded and we would like for them to be adopted together. We know there is the perfect family out there looking for some love! They will do great with children, so if you have human children, these two would fit right into your family!
Daphne and Petunia are both spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. They are ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
These dogs are a CRT rescue. Reference checks, adoption contract and $200 adoption fee required for each ($400 total for both of them).
