My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Northern California Weimaraner Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Myla, 10 y/o female, Weimaraner. Myla was found in the middle of the road at night and was about to get hit by a car. Luckily, a Good Samaritan stopped her car picked Myla up. The finder posted ads on Craigslist and put up fliers, but was not able to find the owner. She had a baseball-sized mass on her hip, which we had removed. The mass is non-cancerous and Myla was given a clean bill of health. She also had her teeth cleaned, so Myla is ready to go home! The person who found her in the road and boarding staff say that Myla is super sweet and interactive. Myla gets along well with other dogs. We do not know if Myla has been around cats or children. As can be the case with Weimaraners, Myla prefers to be in touch with her humans and does not like being confined in a kennel or crate - so she will bark and throw her bed to let you know she would like your attention and affection please! Myla is spayed, her vaccines are up to date, and she is heartworm negative. She is currently in boarding in Patterson and would love a home to call her own! If you are interested in fostering or adopting Myla and giving her the time and attention she needs and deserves, please fill out an application at http://ncwr.weimaraner.org/foster-adopt-application?destination=application/thank-you
