My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kenai is a young 1-2yr old (best guess) husky boy. He came to use through a shelter after being hit by a car and having a dislocated hip. Amazingly the vet was able to re-insert the hip and surgery was avoided. He is recovering wonderfully and we are getting to know his personality. He is sweet, loving, outgoing....such a trooper with all he's been through. He really likes the foster dad in the house. He is with two other female Sibes and doing well. She feeds them all separate and we havent seen any resource guarding with toys. Kenai does have one downfall....he is leash reactive. His foster mom is working on this at home, but his adopter will have to keep up the training or contact a trainer/behaviorist to work with. It's not the end of the world and is fixable, he will just need some to dedicate the time and patience.
