Hi there! I’m Ratchet, and my very favorite thing to do is give big kisses! If it’s near me it’s going to get a kiss – my foster sisters face, my foster daddy’s face, random stranger’s faces, anything I can reach!! I have such a big heart and I just want to spread the love! One of my favorite tricks to play on my foster dad is to pretend like I’m sleeping and when he least expects it . . . KISS!
