I bet you didn’t know that Hoku means Star in Hawaiian. Don’t be too hard on yourself, not everyone is bilingual. I just happen to be pretty bright…haha! Get it? I’m also a very sweet gal, ready to shoot myself right into your life. I’m one of those dogs that makes life easy for all those around me—I’m easy to love and easy to care for—because I’m, well, awesome. If there was a Hawaiian word for Awesome I could totally be named that. I am sure it will be easy to find a loving family to adopt me because I’m so awesome. I’m a little shy at first, but no worries, I warm up very fast. In fact, I even enjoy the company of respectful children and kitty cats. I just love to play with other dogs and I’m also crate trained and housebroken. See what I mean? I’m awesome, sure to be the Star of your show, so let me prove it to you in person!
