for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Chloe's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Chloe's Story...
Chloe came from a loving family, but her mom got very sick and there was no one to care for her. Some very wonderful people reached out to us and asked us to find Chloe a new forever home. She is about 4yrs old and 10 lbs. Chloe is currently living in a great foster home with many other pets, but she would really like a home to call her home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a San Marcos Dachshund/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in San Marcos, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in San Marcos.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Marcos already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Marcos breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Marcos paves the way for another one to be saved.
