AARF only adopts in Richmond, Virginia.

UPDATE June 2015: I am back with AARF. Sadly, I have congestive heart failure. The heartworms I battled to get rid of did their damage to my heart. I am now on 3 medications and am feeling better and am happy as ever. Aarf does not know how long I have. I am looking for a hospice home to spoil me and love me for the time I have left.

Hi, I'm Charlotte and I am the sweetest, most laid back girl. I love snuggling with my foster family. I am great with kids, cats and other dogs. I am house trained and know how to go in and out a doggie door to potty. They think I am around 6 years old. I love to ride in the car and look out the window. I walk very well on a leash and enjoy a slow, lingering stroll around the block. I love to lay at your feet or on the couch beside you. I bat my big brown eyes at you and melt your heart!! I would be a great companion for any home,
