Say hello to Eli! Eli is an adorable Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, otherwise known as a Chiweenie! He weighs approx. 10 pounds fully grown and he is approx. 2.5 to 3 years old. (He still has a lot of puppy spirit in him!) Eli will be vetted, neutered and fully vaccinated before adoption, with all paperwork transferred to his new owner. Eli has the personality of a true charmer! This little prince is happy-go-lucky, curious and smart. He is sometimes spunky and vivacious, and always a true lover! Eli will follow you to the ends of the earth, tail wagging the whole time! He is over the moon for gentle back rubs and quality time with his owner. Eli lights up with happiness when you talk to him, take him for a walk or just give him some TLC. His love for people is evident. He loves to be given attention, treats and kisses! Eli is an excellent snuggler and you couldn't even imagine a more perfect lapdog! Eli wins the award for most personality in such a little pup! He brings a smile to everyone's face, and he's a real favorite amongst the volunteers! Eli is super friendly and sweet. He would do well in a home with pretty much anyone who can be mindful of a pint-sized pup. Just like with any dog in a new home environment, Eli will need some training from his future family, but we think he will pick up on training quickly. Anyone would be lucky to have this pooch as a loving addition to their family!
