Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Moose (aka Chuckie) was found as a stray and taken to Animal Control. He did have a microchip and county was able to reach his owners who had moved out of state and left him with friends. Unfortunately county was also able to reach them and they did not want Moose back...BUT WE DID!
Moose is such a handsome boy! He is large at 105 pounds and 6 years old but he is so sweet! He knows basic commands, walks well on a leash (pulls a little), rides well in the car (prefers shotgun) and is a very quiet house guest. He is good with dogs of all sizes and kids, but would recommend older kids due to size, he forgets how large he is sometimes. House trained and crate trained but prefers to be left out with you. And we just figured out the doggy door!
Moose was treated for an ear infection, kennel cough and gets his stitches removed from his neuter repair on the 29th so he is ready to find his new family! If you are interested in meeting Moose, please contact us for an adoption application, a home check is required. ***NO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS***
