My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Wookie is a lowrider. This sweet little Pomeranian/corgi mix weighs 16 lbs. and is 3 yrs. old. He is housetrained and not too crazy about cats. Although he is a good guy he will bark at people in the street or other dogs. Wookie enjoys playing with other active dogs and would do best in a home with another dog, He is playful and affectionate but a little unpredictable. He can get nippy when stressed out at being picked up. He hates his bath and will hide and not come out from under the bed when its bath time. He is fine at home and warms up quickly to new situations. But he has some resource guarding issues which cause him to lunge at kids or strangers on the street when he is surprised. He loves his walks and is crate trained. He loves to play. Small kids also seem to make him nervous so he needs a home without small children. He loves to be petted and scratched and loves to give kisses. He respects boundaries and he did great at the groomers. He is potty trained for the most part but does like to mark his territory at times. He needs an experienced owner who can work with him on this issues.
