Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mia #1893 is an adorable 3-year-old female Lab mix. She is super smart. She is kennel and leash trained, and even knows some basic commands. Mia is great with other dogs and even likes the kitties! She has plays well with older children, but she may not be suitable in a home with very young or small kids. Mia is a people pleaser and pays very close attention to the people caring for her to ensure she is making them happy. She is full grown weighing just under 50 pounds. We believe you can always teach an old dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. Abby recently completed heartworm treatment and now has a clean bill of health. She is ready for her forever home!If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption form, downloadable from our website:
