Here's what the humans have to say about me:
LUCKY is a 3 year old spayed black female Lab who weighs 64 pounds. Lucky is a sweet and petite little gal that is great with dogs, kids and people! Everybody loves Lucky and she loves everybody! She is totally affectionate! She loves to retrieve and swim when given the opportunity. She is house trained and crate trained. Lucky is good with other dogs and previously lived with one. She previously lived with kids 20 months and up to 14 years old so she is approved for kids of all ages. Her evaluator said: "She was full of wags and kisses when I met her. She has a nice coat, pretty brown eyes and cute labby ears. She has a very sweet disposition. She is just a happy, happy girl. She is approved for kids of all ages. Lucky needs to go to a home with another dog. She needs a fenced yard. She's used to being around little kids and loves them, so we're looking for a family with kids. She's not used to being crated and left alone for more than 5 hours. She is used to going to doggie daycare. Lucky is approved for kids of all ages
Update (11/25): Lucky continues to amaze. She really is the perfect and easiest foster dog ever. She has been doing just fine during the work day, her foster comes home during her lunch break and Lucky is always happy and waggy waiting to be released from her crate. She is super affectionate, loves to give kisses and has an absolutely fierce lab lean. She loves to cuddle up as close to you as possible. She does extremely well on leash with just a flat collar and rarely pulls unless she smells something intriguing. There are nothing but good things to say about Lucky. Some family will be lucky to add her to their family!
Update (11/23): Lucky continues to be the perfect foster! She slept easily through the night in a dog bed. She gets along beautifully with the resident lab and enjoys playing with him. She is definitely a low to moderate energy girl. A few walks a day and she is happy to be a couch potatoe alongside her fosters. She truly is going to make an amazing addition to one lucky family. We would like for Lucky to go to a home where she can be around young kids as she is used to being around kids and does well with them.
Update (11/22): Lucky is an absolute joy to foster. She is a happy, waggy gal that is happy to go with the flow. She enjoys riding in the car and quickly lays down and settles in. She is house and crate trained. She was perfectly fine in the crate for a few hours when her foster ran errands. She walks well on leash and enjoyed a hike this morning. She slept in her fosters bed last night and didn't make a peep. She loves toys and is fond of kongs and stuffed toys. She is affectionate and loving. What more could you ask for?!
Update (11/17): Lucky is a sweet and petite little gal that is great with dogs, kids and people! Everybody loves Lucky and she loves everybody! She is totally affectionate! She loves to retrieve and swim when given the opportunity. She is house trained and crate trained. Lucky is good with other dogs and previously lived with one. She chased the cat in foster home when the cat ran. She previously lived with kids 20 months and up to 14 years old, so she is approved for kids of all ages.
