Cameo's Story...
Looking for the perfect addition to your family? Cameo is the guy for you. He is approximately seven months old and just 22 pounds. He is an extra special guy, with a varied heritage. We think he is a Labrador/Basset Hound mix, which gives him that unique personality. He likes cats and is playful with other dogs regardless of size. Cameo also loves children and doesn't even mind sharing his things, even with alpha dogs. This little guy sounds too good to be true but you can find out for yourself. He was rescued by our sister organization in Mexico and is now with a foster family in Gig Harbor, Washington. Cameo has been neutered, dewormed and is up to date on his vaccinations. Contact us to adopt this sweetheart at info.pvca@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cameo, a Seattle Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound puppy from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
