Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jake is a one year old Border Collie mix. He, along with his siblings and mom were rescued from Dublin, TX. We're not sure of his mix, but suggestions, such as Pointer, have been made. Jake is now 51 pounds and about 20" to the shoulder. He is healthy, very playful, lots of energy, but still very sweet and gentle. He is fully crate trained and housebroken. He does well with kids, cats and other dogs.
This weekend (Dec 2015) Jake completed his first run. His foster mom says he ran three miles and was awesome!!! He stayed right by her side and quickly figured out that there was no stopping to say "Hi" to each person they passed. She's pretty sure he could go a lot further, but didn't want to push him too hard on his first run. He'll make someone a great running buddy!
