Hi My name is Skippy! and I am the sweetest 9 month old young black kitten only weighing 6 pounds

My foster home is filled with many dogs and cats and I like both, but I also like to keep to myself sometimes. I like to reflect on how lucky I am. I am very happy, and like to cuddle up by you at night on bed. I am good and sleep thru the night. My foster mom also says I am so affectionate and will follow you around to check out what you are doing, and to make sure you don't get lost. But I also like lay by you at computer while you work to keep you company.
I am very neat in the house, I don't make messes in my litterbox or while I am eating.

Neutered with all up to date shots and FELV/FIV tested negative and have microchip

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skippy, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
