Pheme, along with Argo, were given up by their owner due to a move. Both a good dogs who have spent their lives as outdoor dogs, living in a shed. Pheme is 7 years and about 35lbs. She has an adorable face and is good with children. At this point in her life, she deserves to be an indoor dog. She's paid her dues. Pheme is immediately available for adoption from Oceana County Animal Control. All adult dogs will be spayed/neutered and up to date on shots before adoption.
