Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Mica is a schnauzer mix. She is about 2-3 years old and 18lbs. She was found by animal control and was wearing the nicest collar and tags with her owners' name and number. However, when they were called to pick her up they said they did not want her – thrown away just like that. They did not want to pay the citation, so they just left her at the shelter to die because owner surrenders are euthanized first! She was so timid and scared when we took her in, but after a few days she just came right out of her shell and blossomed. She has been treated for heart worms, and is also on a monthly heart worm preventative. She loves to run and play, especially with the puppies, but can be a little bossy with them. She will play with her toys on her own and toss them around and chase them, it is quite funny to watch. She just loves toys, she seems to be pretty well house and leash trained and is just a really good dog.
