Rosie is one of those amazing dogs that just needed a second chance to find happiness. She was struggling at the shelter, very frightened, shaking all the time and terrified of everything. The shelter staff knew sweet Rosie did not have a mean bone in her body and they diligently networked to find a rescue to help out. We were so fortunate to have had room to take Rosie here. She has truly blossomed at Cedar Farm and is a beautiful, happy, friendly girl. She has gorgeous crystal blue eyes and a beautiful red merle coat. Rosie is very smart and well behaved. She has terrific house manners. She loves her crate and is so cute as she goes right in, turns around, lies down and crosses her paws…so adorable! She walks well on lead and looks to her humans for direction. Rosie would do best in a relatively calm household. She is a very sweet and gentle dog. She gets along great with our cats but is picky about her dog friends. She would be happy to be an only dog. Rosie weighs 42 lbs and is 3 years old. She has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on her shots. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
