My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Milli is a happy, friendly basset mix looking for a forever home. She is everybody’s best buddy and just loves, loves, loves people and other dogs. Somehow, Milli found herself at an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina. She was totally unfazed by the experience and won everyone over at the shelter. Shelter staff gave her a standing ovation when she left the building and headed up to NC on the next part of her journey to finding a family of her own. This girl has a ton of love to share and will be a fabulous family member. Milli has great house manners. She is crate-trained and housebroken. She walks wonderfully on leash. She does fabulously with children and plays great with every dog we’ve seen her with. She has done fine with our cats too. Milli is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots. She has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. She is 3 years old and weighs 43 lbs. If you would like to meet Milli, the first step in our adoption process is the application form which can be completed on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com. After you have submitted the form, please call us at 336.251.8877 to make an appointment to visit with Milli at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville.
