Lindi's Info...

Lindi's Story...
Born June 2014, this lovely girl has golden fur with white markings on feet. She's the follower type, willing to let you and other dogs take the lead. Her fur will likely feather out more in the next few months. Lindi's mild manners should blend well with many households. She should be trainable with cats and respectful with children. Lindi has been vaccinated, dewormed, and given heartworm prevention. She will be spayed and vet checked. Email petsavernc@bellsouth.net for an application for Lindi.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lindi, a Chapel Hill Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Chapel Hill, or seeking a Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Chapel Hill.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chapel Hill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chapel Hill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chapel Hill paves the way for another one to be saved.
