Meet Celica! Celica was rescued from Orange County Animal Control (OCAS) Shelter in August after being there since May 2014, as she was part of the Apopka Dog Fighting Bust and was confiscated. Celica lived at OCAS in isolation at the shelter and her only hope was to have a rescue step in and help get her to safety. Orlando Bully Rescue (OBR) conducted a temperament test and Celica passed with flying colors! Celica is now on her way to finding her new forever home and living a life of happiness.
Over the past couple of weeks OBR has had the pleasure of watching Celica come out of her shell and learn what life is like to be a dog :) Celica is truly an amazing and loving dog ♥ Celica just loves to be around people, dogs (of all sizes) and is cat friendly.
Celica knows basic obedience and learns new ones very quickly, as she is very motivated and is always wanting to please people and learn new commands. With continued training she is a dog you could take anywhere with you. If given the opportunity, Celica would make a family very happy.
Celica is leash trained and would make an excellent walking companion for someone. She is also house and crate trained. Celica is up-to-date on her rabies & DHPP, Bordetella, she is spayed, heart worm negative, and micro-chipped, which is activated through HomeAgain. Celica is on monthly heart worm preventatives and flea medication.
