Bosco's Story...
There are lot of things I have never seen nor heard, so sometimes I hide when I feel uncertain, but with the help of my foster family giving me love, affection, warm beds, kisses and gentle hugs, it is getting better. When my family leaves the house for work or when it is bedtime, I get crated which is okay because then I get a kong filled with peanut butter! My foster family has tried to walk me on a leash but I really don't understand this and need more practice. Now that I have been at this house awhile I do feel more comfortable and can get a little spunky. I do want to run and play and be happy. I live with a young boy and two dogs and am good with all of them! I would love to join your family! My edob is 9/09 and I weigh 50 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bosco, a Houston Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
