for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Luna's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Luna's Story...
Gentle and soft Luna has had a rough start in life. Despite this, she is a very loving girl. She is a little shy at first but warms quickly. She has an athletic build, smooth gait and fast pace. She would make a good hiking or running partner for someone who could give her the time she needs to gain a little confidence.
All of our adoptable pets have been spayed or neutered, are heart worm free, started on parasite preventatives, vaccinated, and microchipped. Dogs with special needs also have their needs evaluated and met to the best of our ability. In order to ensure that all of our dogs go to their best and last homes, we require that an adoption application and home visit is completed and approved before adopting. Our adoption contract includes a two week trial period to give you and your new family member time to adjust. Her adoption fee is $350. Contact ACDrescueMN@gmail.com for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Delano Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie for sale in Delano, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Delano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delano paves the way for another one to be saved.
