Betsy is a little bitty thing. She is very sweet, kind of scared but given just a little time or a nice canine companion she comes right out of her shell. With some of her pals at BRLA she is downright funny. Betsy came from the Downey shelter and she deserves a real home with real people and total commitment. This little brindle beauty will melt your heart and warm your soul.
