My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buck! He is a beautiful boy that needs a home. His story is unique and shows how caring people from across the country helped to save him. SCP received an email from a company from New York about a dog that had been abandoned at a house that they had just taken possession of. Buck's owners left him behind to fend for himself. While most companies would have cared less about one dog left behind unloved, unwanted and hungry this company took the time to do something about it. They researched the area for rescues and contacted us and asked if we could please take him in. Upon investigating it was revealed that Buck had already been picked up by animal control. SCP pulled Buck and he is now in foster care awaiting a new home for the holidays. Buck is loving and strong, but a little unsure when meeting strangers, which is understandable due to all the trauma he has been through. Thank you to the New York Company for bringing Buck to our attention, he will make a great addition to someones family. Buck is a Jack Russell terrier/ lab mix 3-4 years old.
