ADOPTION PENDING!!
Penny is a very playful girl that gets along great with all of our other dogs. She is the one dog that we can count on to get along with everyone. She can play hard with the big boys but is very gentle with the younger, smaller dogs. She has a wonderful disposition and is very friendly and personable. She loves meeting new people - PetsMart is her favorite place! That is, after the beach or the lake (or the backyard swimming pool!). This girl absolutely LOVES water.
Penny got her name from her beautiful copper-colored coat. We hope you can tell how beautiful she is from the pictures. And those gorgeous eyes...wow!
She is so funny with toys, particularly the ones with squeakies in them - you'll be constantly entertained with this Carolina girl! She does know how to be calm when it's time to be and will curl up on the den floor to watch Animal Planet or a football game.
When Penny was just a pup, she was dropped off at the end of a rural road and left to fend for herself. She made her way to a kind gentleman's home who took her to a vet's office where they made sure she was healthy. She then came to Cedar Farm so that we could help find her a forever home where she will never be abandoned again.
Penny is almost a year old and weighs 46 lbs. She has a fairly lean build and is full grown. Penny has been spayed and is current on all of her shots. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventative. She is microchipped too and crate-trained.
