Hi!
My name is Jade but my foster mommy often calls me "Pie" because that's just how sweet I am. I am two years old .
She tells me all the time that she loves my soul (I don't hear her say that to just anyone!)
I'm super connected to "my people" and am great at knowing how you feel. When mom is stressed or sad I give her lots of hugs and extra love. Hugs are my favorite, I'll sit on your lap and nuzzle into your neck. I'll always be right by your side whenever you need me.
I'm such a good girl in the house and don't need to be crated anymore. I sit nicely and wait for you on the couch while you are away. I never want to do anything to make you upset with me. I'm just so happy knowing that you will come home to me.
Something bad happened to me when I was young so I try to act tough when I meet new people. I never want to hurt anyone but I try to protect myself to scare people away. When Mom introduces me to new people she tells them to not look me in the eyes and then within seconds I go up to them on my own terms, smell their hand and then we can instantly be friends! I want to love everyone, I really really do. Mom is a nanny and takes me to work all the time. I adore kids and snuggling them on the couch while they do their homework. They feed me treats and play all sorts of games with me. I know to be very gentle and watch for their little fingers.
I'm the most amazing with all types of dogs! Mom calls me her greeter doggie. I welcome every new foster and visitor pup into the house. I adapt my play style so even the most shy, scared, nervous doggies love to play with me. I live with kitties and am so gentle as to not upset them.
My foster mommy loves me so so much that she wants me to find my forever home and have a real family to call my own. I'm spayed and ready to go and up to date with all my shots!
