Tate's Story...
Want a date with Tate? From the time you meet him, you’ll know he’s the one for you!

Baker, Reed, Tate, and Millecent are four adorable Terrier mix puppies! Their history—even at this young age—is not so adorable. Their mom got pregnant. The mom’s owner didn’t want the puppies, nor did she want to take care of them, so what did she do? She moved when they were two weeks old, taking their mother, but leaving them in the apartment she also abandoned! Lucky for the pups and for you, someone found and rescued the puppies and raised them to be excellent friends for you!
Tate will become your best friend when you show him love and kindness! He will be playful, fun-loving and social. Tate is expected to be a medium sized dog, so he will be able to keep up with you while walking or running when he matures. Tate will learn many things from you as he grows up. He will be the one that is always glad to see you, and always ready to listen to you! Actually, you need Tate to complete and compliment your life! Meet sweet Tate and his littermates! You’re going to love them all!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tate, a Houston Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
