My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mandi: 3 yr old stag red female, spayed, docked tail and uncropped ears. 10", 7 lb. Fully vetted. Owner give-up.
Mandi is a petite little girl with a cute personality. It takes her just minutes to warm up to new people, but after that, she'll pounce on their laps and be their best friend, especially if treats are involved. We think older children with some dog experience would be tolerated. She could do without the other dogs in her foster home and would prefer to be the queen of her domain if possible. This is not necessary however. She loves to snuggle and enjoys belly rubs. Often, she can be found under blankets where she happily stays when the weather is cold or rainy. When it is nice outside, Mandi does enjoy sun-bathing and barking at whatever may pass by the fence. Due to her reactivity to noises, it is not recommended that she go to an apartment or condo. Mandi does not care much for her crate. She would rather sleep with someone at night and be left loose or gated in the house during the day. She goes outside and potties on a schedule but also knows how to use puppy pads should someone find it necessary to leave her for longer periods of time.
