Gunnar absolutely enjoys being touched, played with, finding ears to chew on affectionately, and is a very smart and lovable pup. Well socialized since birth with people and other pets, he is learning the house training and crate training, and familiar items like steps, vacuums, toys, etc. .  We don't know his mix, so cannot guarantee size, but are guessing medium-large as an adult. Gunnar's  mom is some type of Spaniel/Retriever mix.  Please know puppies come with house training, chewing, manners and naughty along with the sweet faces and heart melting snuggles.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunnar, a Minneapolis Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
