Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rooster came to us from a home where the owner was no longer capable of properly caring for him. His skin condition was poor and he was not well socialized. "Roo" is currently in a foster home and, as you can see in the pictures, his skin condition has improved and he is much more social. His foster parents report that he loves to be carried and wants to be the center of attention. He also loves riding in cars and is not unnerved by loud noises. He does need a stable home and his primary guardian can young or old. Because he is in a foster home, an appointment must be arranged to see him.
