My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Billy is a 2-3 year old Jack Russell Terrier that came to us after the previous owner had to move. Billy was an outside dog in his former life and is adjusting quite well to the great indoors. He loves snuggling on the couch and is an excellent foot warmer!

Billy gets along fine with other dogs, shares his resources well, is crate trained, and mostly housebroken. (He is making improvements everyday and is about 95% there!) He loves car rides, daily walks, and chasing the kitties. (All in good fun though, and he easily re-directs with a simple "no".) We were told by his previous foster home that he is good with children, but we have not yet tested him ourselves.

When Billy first got here he was a little aloof and not so sure about people. He has made great improvements, and he now greets you with a wagging tail and jumps on your leg when he wants to be picked up.

As with all our dogs, Billy has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm tested. If you think Billy might be the perfect addition to you family, please email us for an application.
