Jeeves's Story...
Jeeves is a distinguished, older fellow with eyebrows that speak to his wisdom and character. Jeeves is a wonderful household companion and would love nothing more than to keep your feet warm while you toil in the office. He loves to be right in the middle of the household activity. Though Jeeves has 15 years under his belt, he is spirited and healthy and has lots of love left to give. Jeeves gets so excited when the weather is nice outside, he does the zoomies and laps dogs half his age! He also loves kids and very gently gives them nose kisses. Jeeves is a Wheaten Terrier / Schnauzer mix and weighs 27 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jeeves, a Austin Wheaten Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wheaten Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Austin, or seeking a Wheaten Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wheaten Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Wheaten Terrier/Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
