Sam's Story...

Here is handsome Sam! He is a 5 year old Dachshund/German Shepherd  mix.  Sam is a shy guy who has been a little traumatized by this whole relinquish and rescue business. He is slowly opening up and moving in the right direction! Our fosters have been loving up on him and he is learning to love humans now. He will be a wonderful addition to your family. He is currently being fostered in the Pittsburgh area, but transport can be arranged. If you are interested in this adorable boy, please visit www.sophiasgracefoundation.org and fill out our adoption application. ADOPTION FEE 100.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sam, a Coatesville Dachshund/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Coatesville, or seeking a Dachshund/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Coatesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coatesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coatesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Dachshund/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coatesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
