Benedict is a male Poodle/Affenpinscher mix puppy only 9 months old. He is a nice sturdy size, currently weighing 14 pounds. He will gain 3-5 more pounds full grown. Benedict is a gentle soul, very sweet and loving. He has the unique "monkey dog" look of an Affenpinscher and is one of a kind. He has a super soft coat of curls that are non-shedding and hypoallergenic. Benedict has been professionally groomed and currently has a shorter haircut. His black coat is highlighted with touches of chocolate brown and white. He's a gorgeous boy! Benedict is excellent with children and with other dogs. He is very mellow and has a gentle, tender way about him. He will thrive in a quieter home where he can be pampered and cherished. Benedict is super obedient, compliant, and easy to manage. He will curl up in the nearest doggie bed if nothing is going on. He is curious about toys and will carefully inspect them and try them out to see how they work. Benedict is a darling dog, all love and snuggles. He is very quiet and we still have yet to hear a peep out of him. He is good with his potty training and walks easily on leash with a harness. He will no doubt make a delightful, loving pet and companion. Benedict was brought in stray to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued him. He is healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Benedict’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Benedict is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Mary B. and is ready for his forever home.
