Look at that underbite! Adoptable Leo is a 2 year old, male shih tzu with an unreal smile. He is very friendly, does well with other dogs and loves people. Leo was rescued from Chicago Animal Control with chemical burns on his underbody. But he has since been healed up, had a fresh hair cut and is ready to find that perfect forever family!
