My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable little dog is just a little terrier mix, with possibly some dachshund in him. He is approx 2 yrs old and 13 lbs. He has a really nice personality and gets along well with other dogs. He has an initial apprehension when meeting new dogs, but that subsides in moments. He loves to be a lap dog and get lots of attention. He loves people - a little shy at first, and has a lot of personality. He looks like he should be in the movies.. just a character. He was treated for heart worms and has been started on a monthly heart worm preventative. He does pretty well on a leash and rides well in the car,. He seems to be pretty well house trained as long as he is on a schedule. He is a fast learner. He is a little puppy “mouthy”, gentle, but his foster mom is breaking him of that. Taylor lives in his foster home with a kitty. He would never hurt a cat, but if they run, he will bark at them. He is a super nice dog and a big hit at the dog park!!!

Here is an email from his foster mom: "Taylor is a very sweet dog. He eats once a day...we do offer him breakfast and dinner. Maybe that would change in a new home...He is potty trained, as long as he's on a schedule. He likes to play fetch and likes to jump and grab toys if I'm holding them. He has free range of the house when we are gone and there are no issues..overall, he doesn't have accidents though...He's great in the car and when we have dinner parties I find him sleeping on his dog bed in my bedroom. He has the greatest twirl when he's excited to see you or wants a treat. He could use basic training like sit, lay down, etc. He is very good on a leash. I have walked him in Manhattan and there was no problem. He's not crazy about rain, but will go out if someone else is with him"
