My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ilsa is a two-year-old petite brown-gray tiger kitty. She was a stray hanging around someone's garage. Nobody in the neighborhood claimed this pretty little sweetheart, so the lady who had been feeding her brought her to the shelter. After an initial adjustment period, she has become friendlier to people and to other cats. She is curious and likes to explore, even getting underfoot sometimes.

Ilsa is the perfect companion for a patient person who adores cats. Her fur is soft and she loves to be patted. She has an independent streak, however, and is still not comfortable with being picked up and handled for more than 30 seconds, but her tolerance is improving.

She is not a hidey cat and would probably adapt quickly to a new home, provided that she can be left to explore her new surroundings at her own pace. Come and meet this lovely little girl today.
