Chanel is a 10 year old Chihuahua, she is very sweet and loving, her only desire is to live on a dog bed right next to a forever family. Chanel was pampered and loved and then her owner simply tossed her aside and put her outside, this poor little girl deserves more than that. So ADOPT her today! She is about 15-17 lbs or so.
