From now on, one of the first signs of Spring will be this beautiful Buttercup romping in your yard if you rescue this gorgeous girl! Buttercup is a sweet, playful White Lab, full of life, who was showed up one morning at a boarding school in Arkansas. She was very skinny, yet loving and super friendly, and though the staff tried for weeks to find her owner, no one claimed her (which was just as well!!). So the staff and all the children fattened her up, gave her lots of TLC and now Buttercup is perfectly primed to find a home of her own! She loves to play fetch, adores the water, and is great with people and dogs of all ages! She must have been someone's dog because she walks perfectly on the leash, rides well in the car, and never had an accident in the house. She is even as gentle as can be with the littlest kids at the school, patient with them as though she was a "nanny dog". Her only challenge is that she thinks treeing cats is a blast, so we think she should be in a cat-free home . . . unless the cats have a great sense of humor! Buttercup is somewhere between 1 - 2 years old, she weighs about 45 pounds with a little more to go and she's very healthy. Buttercup will make a terrific family member and is just waiting for a yard of her own where she can smell the roses, or at least the fresh air, all year round! If Buttercup can brighten up your life, please visit www.pinkshelter.com for more information about the adoption process or click here for our online application. Full vetting AND spay included in her $400 adoption fee. Buttercup is in Arkansas and transport fee is additional $140. IF YOU HAVE AOL or YAHOO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FOR OUR RESPONSE.
